Malcolm in Zermatt Switzerland

The mountains around Zermatt are wonderful! I was in Switzerland for ICME 2002. I arrived in Zermatt on Sunday afternoon and hiked two hours (uphill) to the Hotel du Trift.

The Matterhorn. It's such a cliche. These pictures don't do it justice (I only saw the clouds clear around the Matterhorn for five minutes in the two days I was in Zermatt.) But it is amazing in person. Highly recommended.
